HIMALAYAN JEEP SAFARIES
Duration : 17 Nights / 18 Days.
Places to Visit : Delhi - Leh - Nubra Valley - Tsomoriri - Kaylong -
Manali - Kullu Bhuntar - Delhi
Day
01: Arrive Delhi transfer to hotel ,afternoon Delhi tour. overnight in hotel.
Day 02: Early morning departure transfer to domestic airport for flight
to Leh and arrival transfer to hotel by our representative. Afternoon day free
for acclimatization.
Day 03: City tour, visiting Sankar Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace.
Day 04: Full day tour to Hemis, Thiksay and shey palace.
Day 05 - 07: Drive to Nubra valley in three days, explore the valley
and drive back to Leh.
Day 08 - 09: Visit Pangong Lake over Chang with inner line permit visit
150 km long, overnight in camp and on the next day back to Leh.
Day 10 12: Drive to Tsomoriri, explore the nomadic life of Changpas,
overnight in camp and visiting Tsokar lake reach Serchu for overnight stay
in camp.
Day 13: Drive to Kaylong, stay in hotel
Day 14 - 15: Reach Manali and explore, hotel in Manali.
Day 16: Manali exploration. o/n hotel.
Day 17: Manali Kullu Bhuntar drive and flight to Delhi
or option to drive to Delhi in two days. Hotel in Delhi.
Day 18: Departure transfer to international airport for fly out of
Delhi with sweet memories.

KINNOUR - SPITI - LADAKH TOUR
Day 01: Delhi :- Flight: Arrive Delhi. Met on arrival and transfer to
hotel.
Day 02: Delhi/ Chandigarh/ Shimla:- Shatabdi/ Coach: Early morning transfer
to railway station to board train for Chandigarh. Arrive Chandigarh and drive
to Shimla ( 2030m ). Met on arrival in Shimla and transfer to hotel.
Day 03: Shimla/ Sarahan:- Jeep: Morning after breakfast start jeep safari
to reach Sarahan (1920 m) via Narkanda (2690 m). Sarahan is a beautifully located
township amid mountains with Shrikhand Mahadev Peak (5155 m) looming as a backdrop.
Visit Bhimkali temple, a rare combination of Buddhist and Hindu architecture.
Overnight stay at hotel.
Day
04: Sarahan/ Sangla:- Jeep: Morning after breakfast start safari to reach
Sangla (2680 m). Arrive and camp on the bank of river Baspa. Sangla has houses
on a slope built one on another with Kinner Kailash peak (6600 m) dominantly
situated in the background. Overnight in camp.
Day 5: Sangla/ Chitkul Pass/ Puh:- Jeep: Morning after breakfast start
safari to reach Sangla (2680 m). Arrive and spend some time over the Sangla
Pass to have panoramatic view of the surroundings. This pass opens routes to
Garhwal Himalayas. After lunch drive to Puh (3200 m). Close to Tibetan border
Puh lies in the rain shadow region. Overnight stay in camp..
Day 6: Puh/ Kaza:- Jeep: Drive to Kaza (3450 m). En route visit Tabo
Monastery (3200 m). It is an ordinary mud structure but inside it has beautiful
frescoes which earned Tabo the epithet of "Ajanta of Himalayas". Reach
Kaza stay in camp/ hotel.
Day 7: Kaza/ Kibber/ Batal:- Jeep: Morning after breakfast visit Kyi
Monastery (4116 m/ 11 kms). This monastery of Spiti has rare paintings and scriptures.
The scriptures are written in Bhoti language, the mother tongue of Bhotias who
came from Tibet to Spiti to spread Buddhism in the area. Further drive to Kibber
village (4400 m/ 9 kms) the highest village in the world. After lunch drive
to Batal (3960 m) via Kunzum Pass(4551 m). Arrive Batal in evening. Overnight
stay in tents.
Day 8: Batal/ Darcha:- Jeep: Morning after breakfast start safari to
reach Darcha (3400 m) Stop just after Batal to photograph Bara Shingri Glacier
(3657 m). En route visit Khardong Monastery at Keylong (3350 m). Keylong is
an "oasis of green fields". Reach Darcha in the evening and camp beside
river Bhaga for overnight stay.
Day 9: Darcha/ Pang:- Jeep: Morning after breakfast continue the jeep
safari to reach Pang (4630 m) via Baralacha Pass (4885 m). The pass has cross
roads from Zanskar, Ladhakh, Spiti and Lahaul. Reach Pang in the evening overnight
stay in the camp.
Day
10: Pang/Leh:- Jeep: Morning after breakfast start safari to reach Leh (3523
m) via Kyungshu Plains for 45 kms. Enroute stop for a while at Tanglang-la (5360
m), the highest pass in the world with metalled road. Arrive and check into
hotel for overnight stay.
Day 11: Leh:- Jeep: Morning city tour visiting Sankar Gompa and Shanti
Stupa.
Day 12: Leh/ Delhi: Flight: Morning after early breakfast transfer to
airport to board flight for Delhi. Met upon arrival and transfer to international
airport in time to board flight for onward destination
